Aaron Fellmeth<\/strong><\/a>, M.A., J.D., is the Dennis S. Karjala Professor of Law, Science & Technology at Arizona State University College of Law.\u00a0 In law school, Professor Fellmeth clerked at the U.S. International Trade Commission and was Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Journal of International Law\u00a0<\/em>as well as a senior editor of the Yale Law Journal<\/em>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

He practiced international business law, public international law, and intellectual property law for seven years at major law firms in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C.\u00a0 While in practice, he counseled Fortune 100 firms on their transnational contractual and corporate needs, as well as in export controls, import regulation, trade remedies, and multinational intellectual property registration.\u00a0 He also advised several foreign governments on their obligations under international trade and intellectual property agreements, advised the government of Morocco during its free trade agreement negotiations with the United States, and represented the government of Kuwait in its claims against Iraq before the United Nations Compensation Commission.<\/p>

Professor Fellmeth has taught International Business Transactions at ASU since 2005.\u00a0 He has published many articles on the subject, as well as two textbooks: The Law of International Business Transactions<\/em> (West Academic, 2009 & 2d ed. 2011) and\u00a0Introduction to International Business Transactions<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>(Edward Elgar, 2d ed., 2024).\u00a0Introduction to IBT\u00a0<\/em>comes as both a full-color, hardcover print book and an e-book, and includes a\u00a0462-page teacher’s manual<\/a>.<\/p>
