The Energy Policy Innovation Council (EPIC) informs and educates policymakers on current, complex issues in energy policy that impact Arizona and beyond. EPIC is housed within the Center for Law, Science and Innovation at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. EPIC recently launched an informative, multi-feature blog as part of THE CLEAN ENERGY INITIATIVE in response to the Environmental Protection Agency’s Clean Power Plan Proposed Rule to cut carbon pollution from power plants.
