Football Legend Harry Carson’s Moving Speech: football, concussions and the aftermath

CarsonHarry Carson

An admission took place on Capitol Hill on March 14, 2016, that football, concussions and the adverse effects of the combination are linked.  Harry Carson, former NFL Hall of Fame linebacker, related to and spoke about his own journey, plagued by head trauma, at the Safeguarding Brains Conference (SBC), presented by the Center for Law, Science & Innovation (LSI) and ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.   Carson’s just-released, eloquent and poignant address may be heard and viewed here.  More on the SBC and LSI’s faculty in the news in connection with the SBC here.
