Eric Menkhus is leading the College of Law’s efforts in new initiatives, including expanding online learning and online programs, as Director of New Program Development. He took on this new role in Fall 2012. As Director of the Innovation Advancement Program, he worked with students from across ASU – the College of Law, W.P. Carey School of Business, Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering, the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, and Barrett, The Honors College – to provide services to technology start-up companies and entrepreneurs with ties to Arizona.
Michael Hool is a founding partner at Hool Coury Law.
Michael works with select companies as an advisor, legal counsel and periodically serves in executive and board capacities. Michael’s practice is focused primarily on corporate and commercial representation, securities, finance and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, and all aspects of counseling emerging companies. He represents both issuing companies and investors in a large variety of financing transactions.
Rebecca Clyde is co-founder and CEO of Botco.ai, A HIPAA-compliant, conversational automation startup based in Scottsdale, AZ. Most recently, Botco.ai was named #1 SaaS Company by Invest Southwest at Venture Madness 2022 and has been listed as a Top 10 Startup to Watch in Arizona.
Ms. Clyde is an accomplished entrepreneur with fundraising experience, having raised nearly $4M for her company through grants, angels and venture capital. She is on the executive board of the Arizona Technology Council and serves as a board director for Mentors International, a non-profit dedicated to eradicating poverty in Latin America through microlending and mentorship. Prior to Botco.ai, Ms.Clyde co-founded and directed Ideas Collide, an Inc. 5000 marketing automation agency now in its 15th year serving Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Clyde began her career at Intel and holds an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. In 2021, Rebecca Clyde received the prestigious Spirit of Enterprise Award bestowed by Arizona State University and the Economic Club of Phoenix.
